	第２弾発売直前ということで、まずは第２弾の商品情報から。スターターデッキ「白夜篇」「暗夜篇」、ブースターパック「光と闇の神焔（しんえん）」は、ともに9月19日(土)に発売よ。詳しい情報は、商品情報のページにも掲載されているわ。	Well, since it was a series 2 pre-release stream, of course, they talked about product information. The “Birthright” and “Conquest” starter decks, along with the “Divine Flames of Light and Darkness” booster packs will be on sale starting Saturday, September 19th. 	そして、「デッキって、どうやって組んだらいいの？」という方のために、川出プロデューサーが「デッキ構築講座」を開いていたわ。デッキの組み方については、あらためて次回の「サイファ最前線付近！」で説明する予定よ。	Producer Kawade also held a “Deck Construction Tutorial” for those who might be wondering how to build a deck themselves. We'll also be going over how to build a deck in the next Cipher Frontier.
	デッキを組むのにまだ慣れてないので、興味ありありです！	I still don’t really understand how to build a deck, so I’m definitely interested in that!

	サイファ好きな人たちで交流できたらステキですー！交流会を開催したいという人もがんばってほしいですー！	It would be amazing if Cipher fans could arrange meetups like that! I want to see people who want to do that try their best to make it happen!
	こちらとしても、イベントを開催しようという方をできるだけお手伝いしたい！という思いで、このような支援内容が企画されたのよ。詳しくは、今後公式ホームページでお知らせしていくわ。	This program was established out of the desire to help those who wish to organize their own events as much as possible. Details can be found on the official website.

	あとは、公式大会の続報ね。公式大会を2016年に行うことは前回の放送でもお伝えしたけど、追加情報が発表されたわ。	Next up is follow-up on the Official Tournament. Last stream, it was announced that the first tournament would be held in 2016, but additional information has now been announced as well.
公式大会続報！ 1月に大阪で西日本公式大会 2月に東京で東日本公式大会 全国8会場で予選大会実施		Official Tournament Information! The Western Regionals will be held in January in Osaka The Eastern Regionals will be held in February in Tokyo Qualifiers will be held at 8 venues nationwide
	東京と大阪以外でも予選をするんですね！あたしも、テンション上がりまくりです！	So even if you’re outside of Tokyo and Osaka, you can take part in the qualifiers! I can’t help but feel the excitement building!
	第２弾もまもなく発売だし、デッキを工夫しておきたいわね、エマ。	The series 2 release is just around the corner, so I think I’d like to build another deck, Emma.

	恒例の第２弾ブースターパック開封の儀とか、グランドピアノ演奏とか、コザキユースケさんによるライブペイントとかもあったわね。	They also showed their first pack-opening ceremony for series 2, had a grand piano performance, and had Yusuke Kozaki draw live on stream.
